i doubt NO trades AD after the Cousins deal...they have showed they are trying to win with him.
Boston/LA will go for George...Gordon will have to consider..is his team now against GS better that Bostons chance against Lebron next year?
my guess Gordon goes to Boston...PG not sure what he does...him going to LA doesnt mean anything in the grand scheme of things..hes still not beating GS. I actually like his team in Indy..Not sure what PG will do.
LA isnt a concern..Boston is...they may just draft Fultz or Jackson and have them be back ups...im guessing theyd rather sign Hayward than give up assets for anyone else.
for us..them taking whoever and benching them is the best case scenerio ...second to them trading with us ofcourse.
Melo and 8 for 1 and whoever would set the nba world on fire

Forget Melo or KP trades for a second. If you want to rebuild you acquire draft picks, simple as that. We got Rose expiring, some smaller deals too. Assuming we don't plan on competing the next two years I don't think it would be a bad idea to take on a contract with the goal of adding a draft pick in a deep draft that'll take 2 yrs to mature anyway. Let's explore it.Menu

Blazers Willing To Attach First Round Pick To Dump Salary
MAY 31, 2017 1:58 AM
The Portland Trail Blazers own three first round picks this year and are willing to part ways with one of them in order to remove one of their unwanted contracts from their books, according to a source.
The Blazers have no pending free agents this offseason and face a numbers crunch with their roster in addition to a significant luxury tax payment.
The Blazers re-signed Allen Crabbe, Meyers Leonard and Maurice Harkless last offseason, while also adding Evan Turner and Festus Ezeli in free agency. The Blazers will waive Ezeli in the offseason.
You can't trade an expiring contract after the trade deadline, so we can't use Rose's deal. But Rose's deal still counts against our cap until July 1, so we can't just claim to be under the cap and absorb Portland's salaries. We could get them to draft for us and have the trade become official on July 1 (We could eat around 18 mil in their salary with our cap space) or we can trade away contracts to get under the cap by the time the draft starts.nazrmohamed wrote: Forget Melo or KP trades for a second. Yeah, I wasnt thinking trade Rose. More that we'd habe space to later on absorb a contract or two. I hadnt factored the whole July 1st thing though so thanks for that
Boston is going to be alot better after this draft..
Philly is on the mix too.
Philly is on the mix too.
Markelle Fultz "murdered" his workout this week with the Los Angeles Lakers.
Magic Johnson "is in love" with Fultz, according to multiple sources. The Lakers may try to move up to No. 1 by offering No. 2 and Julius Randle to the Boston Celtics.
The Philadelphia 76ers are also trying to move up to No. 1 with Fultz as their trade.

You'd never thought you would see the day where 3 historic rivals (Sixers, Celtics, Lakers) would all attempt to negotiate with each other to flip the Top 3 draft positions in the draft.

Sixers have the #1 pick, made the deal with bos. Wouldn't be surprised to see the celts swap this year's #3 and another 1st rounder from lal in exchange for butler or pg

With the way the site has been losing their absolute shit over "Delusional Old Man Phil" and his KP trade teasing, the 2-3 draft threads in the Knicks section seems to be a better place at this point for reactions.StevoStarks wrote:Is this where we all talk about the draft and have reactions and shit?
