I admire Dirk's loyalty to the Mavericks. Lots of other players would have packed their bags not long after they decide to blow up their title winning team. They would have joined a contender and rode out their remaining seasons in the league playing for rings rather than playing on mediocre or poor teams, but respect to Dirk for staying loyal and playing for them through the bad years.

As for this game, I hope the Mavericks win it to get a step closer to us in the tanking battle, but we get a good showing from our young players.

Surely the team's performance has to be discouraging Kanter from opting in.
I'm optimistic Kanter will opt out and the Knicks can chase a better fit this summer with J. Parker or J. Randle.

This team is just done without KP.

Only reason we beat the Mavs back when we did was because of KP.

Because we are playing all our veterans... Lee, Beasley, LT, KOQ... some in limited mins but they are still out there...

True, it's just painful to realize how bad we are without KP. Nobody really took a step in an attempt to fill the void. It'd be reassuring to be able to think that this awful display is done on purpose
