The Knicks need a coach.

And hey....what if you hire Kidd and Giannis follows.

*cue Knick fans saying "NY doesnt need Giannis, KP is better... and we need to rebuild until he is 32"* :drunk:

It blindsided most of us (including myself), but looking at these comments on Twitter and Facebook..............Milwaukee fans have had an issue with Jason Kidd's coaching for A LONG TIME.

So there is something that Bucks fans know that WE DON'T that has led to Kidd being fired, despite the Greek Freak's development being a byproduct of Jason Kidd's coaching

What I immediately was thinking when I heard that Giannis had notified Kidd of his impending dismissal before it was official. That's loyalty right there. Make it happen, Dolan!
Damn it feels good to be a tankster.

Should Kidd replace Jeff Hornacek or Jarrett Jack?

And why the hell would we say that. I actually thought it sounded ingenious. In fact I believe its destiny now.

I'm not a big fan of Kidd as a coach. He ran his one lineup to the ground, and had toxic relationships with the rest of the roster (Jabari and Monroe esp). Horny ain't no Pop but at least it seems like we have a healthy team with starters playing normal minutes (some may say our starting PG should play way less, but that's beside my point).

The only upside of bringin Kidd here would be to attract Giannis, but his contract (4 year / $100,000,000 signed at the beginning of this season) makes it close to impossible before 2021

I was thinking of how Kidd to LA might be a thing. Laker fans are (unjustly?) destroying Walton even though the Laker team itself is a struggle roster wise. So you get J Kidd and the gimmick to sell the fanbase is that he and Ball have similar games and there could be no better mentor.

I could see how this would be a thing. Ball might be the next Ason Kidd. As of now, Walton has the public support of Buss. And there’s no telling how Magic Johnson and Kidd would work as far as decision-making, cause both HOF players arrive with earth-sized egos.
