LOL thanks n8, I think some of us needed this after the Phil/KP mayhem from earlier today and the disappointment of seeing "you know who" slipping out of our #8 spot.

I hope so.
Just an observation I noticed Frank wore a suit which is the same color/shade as KP's two years ago and KP turned out to be the 2nd best player in that draft. See where I'm getting at? I hope I'm not deluding myself because I really wanted DSJ and he's right there smh.

“I’m still chasing a championship, I’m just chasing it here in New York,’’ Anthony said. “I’ve come to peace with that. I’m doing it in my own way on my own time.”

Depends on who the starter is. Right now, we no longer have a starting PG (Ron Baker doesn't fucking count, and it hasn't been confirmed if we picked up his team option) AND I fully expect D-Rose to fly to Minnesota to reunite with Thibs and Jimmy to form the new Minnesota BullsMuzhik1 wrote:The kid will be a smart solid player. He will probably spend some time as a backup to gain experience, but he is a good defensive guard who knows his fundamentals. His skills fit well with the triangle.

I'm thinking that he will be a derek harper type of player; a defensive minded, long, combo guard with the ability to have strong scoring games regularly, but do a lot of damage on d.

When I first heard of this kid, I was underwhelmed by his stats. I then saw some of his highlights and was somewhat impressed. After taking him in the draft, I've now discovered his numbers in the Euro Championship and this is more like it! Through 6 games, he's averaging 15.2 ppg, 4.5 apg, 2.2 spg, and 1.2 bpg in 27.9 mpg. He's also shooting a blistering 58.6% from 3. Of course it's a small sample, but these are extremely important and competitive games. You can see how as his minutes increased, his numbers just got better and better. I'm excited. I love the kid's motor. He's flying back to play the final game tomorrow night. I really want to see this game now!

^^ same here.. At first I wanted DSJ, Ive seen him since his senior days.
After watching some highlights of Frank these past few weeks, im impressed with how much progress hes made. Before his season started his weaknesses were that he cant shoot and is too skinny(he was 160-165 then). Now hes about to finish the season and shot above 43% from euro 3 and is about 185lbs+ looks to be a better ball handler as well.
What I want to know about him is whats his supporting staff gonna be like? is he gonna have family members as his agents/ trainer or hire guys who have trained with elite NBA talent before.

Few players have gotten better in a short amount of time
Youngest player in the draft
Rudy Gobert was 4/4 at that same age...fournier didn't drop buckets against men...KP played well his last year in sevilla but the year before not so much
Gist is...teenagers don't dominate in Europe its just a different game. Doncic and Gallo are exceptions
Get a ball dominant wing player next and see where things go

Hell of a great title!
I know he'll bring it in D and has great maturity, so 2 questions remain:
- how long it's gonna take for him to reach offensive greatness as well?
- will Knicks fans be patient enough with the kid?

Derrick Smith 11 is a Derrick rose clone including the acl tear. After one year of Rose I want no part of Smith.
I'm thrilled with Frank because he has the most potential as the youngest. Next year doesn't matter in fact another tank year would be good. Defense at the PG position. That's something we haven't seen since Derrick Harper. I'm 100% on board.
