Blake Griffin Speculation

So that would give the Knicks a flopping asshole as the face of the franchise and a mentor to KP. Hell no.

For all the contact, ferocity and reckless abandon Griffin's bringing when he attempts to posterize everybody with his dunks, the same can't be said of what his flopping and whining bitch ass does on the defensive end. NO. Besides, Melo's being a good leader and mentor to KP and he's playing very good defense and facilitating on offense. Don't wanna mess up the team chemistry.
“I’m still chasing a championship, I’m just chasing it here in New York,’’ Anthony said. “I’ve come to peace with that. I’m doing it in my own way on my own time.”

they'd never get back fair value and the situation there, while not optimal, isn't that bad. the clips are not trading blake.

Blake is slowly becoming the new Amare (in terms of not improving his skill outside of running, jumping, and dunking AND being injured most the time), so this is a situation where I'm now second guessing the possibility of him getting a big contract after his current one expires
At least Amar'e could shoot a free throw and did try to improve his offensive repertoire during his last couple of seasons in New York. He wasn't a creepy awkward silent guy in his commercials. Also, he punched a fire extinguisher instead of another person and still spent less time out with his hand injury than Griffin will.

I dunno about y'all but I can't turn my nose up at a guy in his prime averaging 23 PPG, 9 RPG, and 5 APG, on 51% from the floor... So, for y'all to act like you's wouldn't be interested in Griffin joining the team is utterly ridiculous.
If a Melo for Griffin deal presented itself I seriously doubt Phil would even hesitate to make a swap.

Is Melo-God Zen-o-phobic?
