No Jesus Shuttlesworth would be huge. That way we can cross-match Shump on Rondo without Baron having to (unsuccessfully) chase Ray Allen around screens. FYI, Ray says he's 50-50 to play on Tuesday.

And I expect another 35+ point game from Melo in a close win.

I don't know if I could take a loss to the heat AND celtics in consecutive games.

it's most hated rivals 1 and 1a

we'll beat them if they don't have ray allen, which by all indications appear to be the case.

On a side note...lol @ the trend of playoff teams starting to rest their stars against the bobcats. i hope the bobcats burn somebody bad for doing that. either through injury or win

With KG at center, Chandler better come away with 15+ rebounds. Win.

Knickabockas, please!

one thing Woodson's been good at (among many), is keeping our guys focused. that is why we've not had a losing streak since he's taken over. plus, never mind yesterday's loss, we're pretty much unbeatable at home now. adjustments will be made. also, I'd love to see "hack-a-Rondo", which could turn into turnovers for the Celts. lord knows we have enough useless bodies to administer those kinds of fouls.
maybe it's not the A train after all... though the A does go to the Garden

Brandon Bass is going to shit on Melo and the Knicks in total on the boards. He's going for 15+. Rondo will nab another triple double because we're so shitty at boxing out and he'll out hustle every Knicks player to the basketball.

They really don't have anyone to shutdown Melo so he'll go for 35+ but it won't be enough. I don't feel comfortable against Boston without Stoudemire. We desperately need his size.

This is a big fat L

Also, Bibby, Douglas, and Fields all need to lose all their minutes. Walker needs to be put back into the rotation.

Fields is a better team defender but Walker is definitely better on the ball. Plus, Walker can actually make a damn shot and gives us a little more toughness on the court.

Shumpert is by far our best backup PG.

Lineup
PG- Davis (28) Shump (20)
SG- Shump (15) Smith (33)
SF- Walker (25) Novak (23)
PF- Melo (37) Jorts (11)
C- Chandler (32) Jefferies (16)

PLEASE, I BEG YOU WOODSON! NO MORE NOVAK AT THE 4!!!!!

I would start Bill Walker only so he can punch Garnett in the face as get back for choking him, receive a tech for the night and call it a rap. Hopefully BW regains his fire for the playoffs because after he was choked out by KG he lost his spark. :?

Eh. They both do things that drive me crazy. But JR is a better player, so he's somewhat easier to live with.

Sad............but true. If Bill Walker didn't have knee problems earlier in his early years and continuing on throughout the rest of his NBA career, he'd probably be as athletic or even more athletic than JR Smith at this point (but still both would be dumb as rocks)

We gotta pull this out. Can't we beat these fuckers? I wish we could just beat the shit out of them. But that never happens.

Fuck Paul Pierce.

I want to predict a win, because these Knicks have proven in every way to not be the same old knicks, but jesus christ the celtics have had our number the last few years.
