Playoff 2024 ideal path?

Just looking for some knick fan interaction, X (Twitter) is hit and miss.

Just wondering how your want the playoffs to play out in the best way for us.
For me I'm not bothered who we would get next round (looks like pacers) but after that not sure who I'd want to face and if, "IF" we get to final I'd take anyone but nuggets.

What's your thoughts?

I would definetly prefer Milwaukee .. Freak is injured and Lillard is hurting as well.
Then it's going to be Boston. Cleveland/Orlando doesn't have it.

If, we pull off the biggest upset of the past 15 years .. I would love to see the Clippers there!! Knicks in 5 .. go to a parade!!!

yeah, definitely not looking beyond the next game. in general, looking at the field, you just want all the potential opponents to go through tough long series, particularly the teams with older players with injury history. why I was hoping the Bucks would’ve at least extended their series against Miami last year, but they went down the same night the Knicks beat the Cavs

There is no ideal playoff path for us though. Not with being down Randle and now Bogdanovic. A few thoughts:
1) no team in the East will be a challenge for the Celtics. They will go to the Finals this year.
2) the rest of the field is unpredictable because of the injuries to Randle, Butler, Antetokounmpo, Lillard and Embiid not being 100%.
3) so if 2024 is ideal for a team, it might be Indy. Although I ATM think we will beat them, this is a usual path for a surprise conference finals team, when they are healthy (at the top of their roster) and face injured opponents like the Bucks at first and now us.
4) the injuries to the Bucks (and mediocrity since the coaching change) and Indy making the second round opened a window for us to make the ECF despite our injuries though. So that's definitely on the plus side.
