Just take Monk or Ntilikina, not like we're winning any time soon. Trade Melo for more picks as at least that way with a few rookies on the roster we'll have development to watch/look out for

I'm good with Smith, Monk or Frank.

Ntilikina or Monk and then if we end up with the 15th pick through trading Melo take J.Jackson or D.Mitchell.
We then have a young PG, SG/SF and 2 young bigs in KP & Willy.

Hopefully we land another 2nd rounder and end up with a steal with 1 of our later picks

Go with DSJ. He went as high as top 3 and would've been top 3 if he played with better teammates. He still managed to average 6 assists per with the teammates he had in NC State. But Phil ain't picking a ball-dominant 6'2 pg. Also, Monk would probably gone before we pick, so welcome to the suck Frank. :? You better turn out good or you gonna be ran outta town too.

Ball dominant is often misused..

I think Phil would take guys like Paul, Lillard, Lowry in a second..

Also he's more like 6'3 and quite strong..

remember that most of us screamed our heads off when phil picked kp; he's shown us how wrong we were. he still has the same excellent draft evaluators working this year, i have no reason to believe that we won't get an impact player, maybe even 2. players can polish their game significantly beyond what we saw in ncaa, euroleague, etc.

Maybe he would be our new Gallinari. Without the injuries. But I hope that a guard like Smith is available at 8.

I think after the shit show the last couple of years have been most of us were hoping to somehow land in the top 3.........but at the very least stay at 7. Falling to 8 isnt a big deal as I think the calibre of player from 5-9 is pretty even.

All I am really concerned about is the Melo situation.
If we trade Melo and dont get a 1st rounder back I'll be pretty pissed.
